What are PAW'S?
PAWS are your exclusive Trader currency for the period when promotions are live.
How do I earn PAW'S?
PAWS can only be earnt via the Trader app. Each of our products has a PAW value so when you build an order, you accumulate PAWS.
Invoices must be dated - 1st June to 30th November 2024 in order to accumulate Paws.
You can then use PAWS to redeem for great rewards for the promotional period.
Do my PAWS expire?
Yes. PAWS are strictly promotion specific.
What happens if I have built up lots of PAWS, do I automatically get future rewards, if I have enough PAWS to cover the item?
No. PAWS for each and every individual promotion dissolve at the end of the promotion at the date stipulated by Trader. At such time, Trader will reset your PAWS to zero (0) so you are ready to start earning again. New promotions will mean a new set of PAWS are created from a new start date with any new promotion.
How do you know if I have purchased the goods that I built in the app order?
In order to close your order, you will be required to upload an invoice from your Wholesaler as proof of purchase. Once you upload proof of purchase, our team will validate your order. If correct proof of purchase is not loaded order can be rejected.
