What is the warranty process?

We back all of products with an excellent warranty. Firstly, please check that the product in question falls within our warranty period.

Product is warrantied for safe and effective operation and assumes installation and maintenance per guidelines.

 

We ask that you return the faulty good to the place of purchase, who will raise a GRA Goods Return Approval with our Customer Service Team. 

What are your shipping/return policies?

We offer a generous return policy. Electrical Wholesalers must raise a GRA, Goods Return Approval document with the purchased value as well as a replacement order for new goods to the same value.
